Sounds like a good Idea. I got a cord delivered. I'm not at all happy with the quality. Inconsistent lenghts, & diameter. Some will have to be cut &/or split to fit into my stove.
Hazmat , for me , it's the easy option . I can cut the wood to length and
split it the way I want to . My stove will take up to 25" wood, but I prefer 16-18" lengths as it seems to burn better .That,and I'm not tearing up my truck ,or saw more than I have to .
The only down side is that you need to watch out for logs that have a lot of dirt imbedded in them . John
