Just like cars, trucks, motorcycles, guns, money and girlfriends, with tractors you can never have too many. I have a TC-33D with a rear finish mower, a Kubota M9000HDL with FEL that can lift anything I need to lift as high as I need to lift it, and a 56 year old '68 Ford 3000 diesel that is pictured on my avatar. It's currently undergoing a full restoration here in my shop. It's both the granddaddy and the baby of the crew. I sold part of my farm 3 years ago and retired. In doing so, I and made the terrible mistake of letting the Kubota M9000HDL go with it. I missed it and needed it every day since I let it go. The buyer traded it in at the local Kubota dealer for a new 105hp Kubota last month. I hurried down to the dealership and rescued the M9000 before it could get away. I bought it new in December 2003, babied it for 17 years, never had it in the shop, put only 1980 hours on it during that time, and it had 2215 hours on it when they delivered it last month. It will never leave here again. I swear I heard it give a sigh of relief when I pulled in back in the shop after delivery. I think it was glad to be home again.
