...I have a set of used Pat's QA's for sale. How much should I ask for them? They are $200 new.
Northern Tool has them new for $169... and they are "Pats" Gray ones. I also bought a set on this site for $179.
I looked at HF quick hitch. I guess it's ok for the money, but the spring locks looked way to light duty and flimsy. I'd prefer to spend the extra cash for the Speeco quick hitch sold at TSC, but I have to use a post hold digger, so I bought Pat's instead. The only hassle with Pat's is getting off to connect the top link.I think if in good shape $100-$130 should be a fair price. How do you folks compare and contrast Pat's vs let's say HF quick attach that is on sale for $80 right now.
Thanks,
JC,
Mine are not special at all. They are actually just ordinary. In fact they have a bit of rust on them so they may actually be a bit below ordinary. I checked one website after typing in Pat's QA's and the company that came up had them for $199. Since I am not in the market to buy but to sell I did not do my due diligence to find the lowest price in America as I would have done if I had been buying. Sorry that I have implied to anyone that mine are worth $200 and are any better than any of the other ones that are for sale some where in America. OK?Yours must be pretty special. I bought mine for $159 from Agri Supply, and they can be bought from this site for $179. Both prices are valid today.
In my opinion Pat's is the strongest for any model tractor. I just have a different set I'm keeping for my BX. I would never have a tractor without a set of QA's. I guess I'll try getting $100 from one of my 3 neighbors that have Kubotas. One being my nephew. Thanks for the input from all.

OK?Course sometimes I see items for sale on the internet that can only be ordered on line and not picked up that have shipping charges that make them actually priced the same as everyone else.
You do not have to put anything on the attachments. That's what is so good about it. It attaches to the arm and you get it under the implement pins and lift the 3ph arms. Here are some pictures on the tractor and I'll take more pictures today on the floor. I beieve Brady will agree to bring it with the tractor, if it's in Somerset. Search out a website selling it and you can see more details. While waiting for pictures to up load I went ahead and took pictures of them now. That's them now on the floor.Do you have to put anything on the attachments to use them with the quick hitch? If it works on a B2920 and If your neighbors dont want it I will give you a hundred for it. Maybe give it to brady so it comes up with the tractor next week. PM me and I will send you the $.
Both of your comments together. I was not questioning your pricing comment, it was you implication that I thought mine was special that took be back a little. My rule for valuing used items is to first determine what new cost would be. Your stated new price seemed inflated based on my experience.
Shipping is a non-issue, as most internet commerce has a shipping cost associated, unless otherwise stated.
I'm not saying I have anything that is "better" than Pat's for a BX2660. I have a cheaper set I bought off Ebay that are easier/quicker to take off/put on than Pat's. They are not as strong as Pats. They are cast steel and Pat's is plated steel. With the QA's my tiller drive shaft is to short so for tiller I have to take QA's off so I want to keep the easy on/off set. Pictures can be provided if you want to see them..Hello John
What do you have that is better than Pat's to go on the 2660?
Thanks in advance
DGS
Are you saying an individual isn't supposed to tell on this forum that they have some thing for sale? I don't want to violate the rules. Someone had told something on here once before about someone violating the rules so I found the rules and did not find that the accused had violated any rule of the forum. If I have violated the rules I may have to go back and read them again. I don't want to be a rule breaker. Can I tell that my neighbor Ron doesn't want to buy my QA's but wants to sell a toothbar for $50 that I took off my BX2200 and sold him or that he also wants to sell his boxblade for $150? Can I tell that without violating the rules?forester2,
thanks for seconding jt's price . . . as this post was begining to look and smell like a solicitation for sale . . . which i thought was to happen in the classified section.

It might be best if you keep them till you are sure the "Kubota Flu" has left you. You might want them for the next Kubota.
Be careful stopping to see Brady. You know what will likely happen!!!
