from what I saw, I would probalby get rid of the LIMBS that are on top side of the tree (non-supporting ones right now) on both sides of the fence. once those limbs are off and out of the way, then take the top of the tree off cutting UP from the bottom about 12" back from fence on the road side... keep the feet & toes away form the end, don't mess with the BUTT/TRUNK end untill it is nearly all down, once it is cut by the fence the trunk will drop, be ready to bolt out of the way at any moment, cut one limb and remove it to a safe distance. biggest danger when cutting is getting tangled up in limb falls when the tree finally goes you can't get out of way / tripped up by limbs that are down on forest floor.
once the trun is on the road and still attached (or falls off) then you can keep cutting into firewood or what ever size you want for removal. if the trunk is still attached once it is cut at the fence, then you can cut into manageable sized chunks making cuts UP from the bottom, as the tree trunk cracks and starts to droop pull out the saw and step back. if it don't break all way cut a bit more or give it a bit of a kick. the 6' high is not that much of a danger but at the same token being carefull is definately required.
