How to finish off gated entrance with only 2 feet on either side?

a small masonry wall? Put stone on it (dry stacked, river rock, cultured, natural, etc.) Add a light on top of either one?:thumbsup:

This is what I'm thinking. Make two columns from blocks and cover them in rock.

exactly. My Dad and step Mom want to do this when they put in a perminant gate at the end of our driveway.

Thanks for all the great replies. gate finally went in today. so this is what i have. i went the cheap route and got everything for only $140 installed so i cant complain much. im thinking the best choice for this particular situation is welded wire maybe? now that the gate is in, what do you think?

Thanks. I guess i got like 1 ft on one side, and 2.5 feet on the other. not a whole lot to work with. i suppose ill look at the welded wire with staple across the front. I ordered these signs for the gate, what do you think?
