How to push a BX23 to the limit

I'm new on TBN and what I like here is to look at others rig. So in return, I took some pics of mine.

You can see on the pic a snow blower (Pronovost)... 64 inches on a BX23. I know... it's a "little" too big for the tractor but if you use your head when you use it, it's OK.

Last October when I was looking for a snow blower my Kubota dealer told me that I should buy a 54" but he didn't have any at that time so he proposed me a 48". I refused because I wanted a snow blower capable to fit on a B2910 (I was planning ahead already /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif) So I bought a 64". And I don't regret it.

It's working well, but it's "really" the limit. The first pass is the hardest, after that I use only the 3/4 of the width (no spill).

More pics will follow (I'm sorry for the quality I had a hard time trying to lower the volume from 2200k below 100k).

Good looking rig! I particularly like your attention to detail with hyraulic hoses....very clean set up......hopefully spring is coming and you can mount the MMM and cut grass.

I have this because I drive the tractor on the road to blow some driveways (neighbourhood: not commercial, for fun). The fact is, it's really fun to operate but after 5 minutes my driveway is done. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

This winter wasn't a good one up here in South Quebec. A few inches of snow only (30 maybe 35). /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

My wife and I were eager to receive at least one or two snowfalls of 12" and up... none. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif Next year /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Everytime I see one of the BX22/23's I drool, not to mention snow blowers etc.

I think boy I should go get one, then I take a deep breath and realize, maybe someday when I have enough property or snow to justify it /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
