Mine's funny. Sometimes I can stall the engine but sometimes I hit relief without spinning. Mostly I run in mid range though.

Stalling the engine in midrange makes sense. Stalling the
engine if not at 2000 or more RPM makes sense, too. Stalling
the engine in low range, over 2000 RPM should never happen,
regardless of traction conditions.

Checking the service manual, I see the 2 hi-press access
ports for testing (fwd and rev). The specs need some
explanation. I see the high press relief for the CK25/30 is
set at 3920psi and this is called the "max working press".
That test seems straight forward.

Then there is the "continuous max press" spec of 2940 psi.
What is that and how is it tested (if at all)?
