Hydraulic cooler on my CK25

Your picture shows the same corner on the oil cooler where the leak developed on my CK30. Perhaps it might behoove us to look into the aftermarket oil cooler arena and see if there is a less expensive replacement available.

The stock cooler is a Modine oil cooler.
It's not a cheap cooler.

For comparison, my cooler is considerably larger. The connections are rubber type hoses with hose clamps to secure them.

I don't know the size of the bolt or threads. I'll do some thread sizing research at the hardware store on my next trip. The bolt is a custom bolt, it has an elongated shaft with a hole in the shaft for the oil to circulate through.

Went to modine corp and asked them about kioti oil coolers, will report back if any response.

I wonder if anyone has this "wet" lower coil cooler syndrome and it just goes on forever and doesn't cause any more problems.

And also, more clarification on the subject of the hard lines vs. the flex lines. In at least one case above, flex lines did not prevent a NEW kioti oil filter from leaking.
