Hydraulic Problem After Hoses Replaced

Assuming again here, your problem valve is the joystick valve you're calling a remote valve? The hose leak is the hose with only straight fittings, no 90 degree elbows? If so, that looks like it should be the sump return line. There should be near zero pressure in that line. Where does that hose go?

It looks like he has 2 valves. The remote valve is mounted on the loader arm near the grill of the tractor while the joystick valve is more back by the dash.

Again with the terminology. I see two valves. I'd call one a joystick valve and the other a solenoid valve. I guess either one (or both) could be considered a remote valve.

The valve with solenoid and blue name plate is a diverter valve. The unknown is how this is plumbed but suspect connected to the curl dump on main joystick loader valve. De-energized the loader curls and dumps, energized the 3 rd function operates via joy stick curl dump movement.

If one of these lines is what is leaking then again would look at how it is plumbed and does it do the same with valve energized.

I cannot read the port labels but an example of the diverter works is:

P1 to C1 & P2 to C2 de-energized
P1 to C3 & P2 to C4 energized

Typical installation: is curl and dump ports on loader valve connect to P1 & P2 on diverter.

Then C1& C2 connect to curl dump cylinders

C3 & C4 are for 3rd function

I guess I'm just ignorant, but I don't see a "top photo" anywhere. I see three photos, all side by side. The first two are of a solenoid valve. I'm going out on a limb here and calling it a standard diverter valve. If that's the case, is it tied into the loader lift cylinder circuit? If yes, then it has no bearing on the three point. It's only involved with oil flow through the joystick valve work ports. The three point works with fluid from the power beyond port on the loader valve. You have an issue there somewhere. The leaky hose/fitting and loader "no lift" is a different issue.

I have a question about the rear rock shaft. It worked perfectly till I changed the hose. There is fluid with no pressure in the line but what looks like a valve that feeds the rock shaft through a metal line and tied to the hose to the joy stick. It won't lift the arm. I once read on a forum that advised if you can raise the 3 point hitch it may solve the loader problem he had.

That depends on the problem. The rockshaft is supplied with fluid from the power beyond port of the loader valve. At least that's the standard way of doing it. We can't see from out here just how yours is set up. If your three point won't raise there's a good chance it's not getting any fluid. How you managed that (if all your hoses are installed correctly) is still in question.

On some tractors if the three point control is slightly out of adjustment lowering the 3 point will allow the loader to work. Like both Harry and I have stated you do not appear to be getting flow from power beyond to the 3 point. The unknown is what changed to create this problem?
