Hydraulic Problem After Hoses Replaced

Are you getting pressure past that quick disconnect? Reason for asking is that they have been known to fail.

If you have schematic can you post it? That might help us understand your system and also aide in suggestions on where to look for the problem item.

Actually that's pretty much worthless in this situation. It's merely the basic tractor layout, and shows the pump output going straight to the three point. It shows absolutely nothing in regard to all the valves, changes, and additions that you have. The one component labeled "outer connector in - out" may be a supply port for externals, and COULD be the source for pressure flow to the loader valve. That's about all I can make out from this. Maybe someone else will have better luck.

I finally got the 3 point hitch to work by tying both rear remotes together.
This also got the front remote, or I might be using the wrong term, to now I have full function of the loader of which I had none of before. The hose that was spraying before is now dripping, still a problem. But will solve it soon.

Kaizer,
In the Branson section of these forums is a post started by Asteral that has a majority of the service and parts manuals available to down load. I believe you would be looking for the 10 series information. The Hydraulics section does NOT show the loader valve but it does show where it would be connected if installed properly and may provide you some guidance on trouble shooting for system since what you describe above sounds like a band aide.

oldsnlo, thanks for the suggestion but I have the service parts and manuals. Problems is I have front and rear remotes that are hard to find parts or manuals that could help much.
Thank you very much for your thoughtfulness.

Sounds like you found a fix, and I may have missed it on the replies, but did you try the obvious and just put the old lines back on to see if it cured the problem?

Sounds like a disconnect- check the coupling for missing/torn/misaligned seal and smoothe then reconnect hose. If it persists get video of the leak actively sound and analyze whether it is from threaded side or coupler side.

I have a 2007 Branson 3510i tractor with front and rear remotes on a BL10S loader. Had it for 14 years with no loader problems, recently found a hose with a leak and since I'm not near any place for service I decided to go ahead and replace 5 hoses that showed wear and potential for problems.

Got replacements made, brought them home and installed them exactly as others came out. Now, attempting to raise the boom, one of the output hoses from the remote spews out hydraulic fluid below the coupling and the rockshaft won't raise.

Nothing works, what to do?
A few photos might help.View attachment 1045788View attachment 1045789View attachment 1045790
When there is more than one operation, like front-end loader and rear hydraulic outlets one or the other will have power beyond. track the oil flow from the pump and the flow will either go to the rear controls or too the loader control. If it goes to the loader control you will see pressure in, then power- beyond, and back to the "tank". You may have power-beyond and tank hoses back to front. Do the rear hydraulic outlets work? this will tell you if the flow is correct. Hope that makes sense and helps.
