Hydraulic Problem After Hoses Replaced

The fluid goes from loader valve to remotes then 3 pt hitch. Does it have remotes? Is one of them stuck in detent? This would cause the 3 pt to not work.

Thanks for the info. I have front and back remote. The back one is for my backhoe and the front one is for my dozer blade.
My problem seems to be low pressure to the remotes and loader.

Usually the fluid goes from Pump > hydraulic block under the right foot rest > loader valve > from power beyond port of loader valve to remotes > from power beyond port of the remotes to 3 pt hitch .

Some tractors have this hydraulic block, others don't and goes directly from pump to loader valve.

The thing I don't understand is on my loader valve joy stick I have two valves to the rear remote for the back hoe and on for the to the 3 point hitch lift arm.Then there are 4 loader valves but there is no connection from the hydraulic block I haven't looked for under the right foot rest yet. I'm trying to get a better knowledge of how the hydraulic system works to avoid
taking it to the dealer 70 miles away at a cost of $100 one way. ugh!!

I am not familiar with your tractor but would suggest follow the pressure line from the pump. It should lead you to either a block mounted on the trans housing or straight to the loader valve. Then the loader valve should have a total of seven lines connected to it.

1 for pressure in
1 for tank
1 for power beyond
2 for loader lift lower
2 for bucket curl dump

What we don’t know is how is that solenoid operated 3rd function valve plumbed.

Another unknown is which of the hoses listed above did you change that started this problem?

The high pressure one supplies 2886 psi to the hydraulic power cylinder that has two outputs connectors that go into the lift arm case of the 3 point hitch. From the case a nozzle
connected to hose that goes to the joy stick.
The lift arm won't raise now so my next question is why?

You state one is connected to case of 3 point and then a nozzle to hose to joystick. What do you mean by “nozzle”?

We have told you multiple times that on most tractors the 3 point is the last item in line to get oil. Flow goes from pump to either block on trans housing or if no block direct to loader valve then from loader valve to rear remotes if installed then to three point.

which takes us back to my questions in post #25 on what hoses did you replace that created this problem. Until you answer that you are wasting everyones time…

I think all you've managed here is to get everyone else as confused as you are. Some of us out here may be familiar with your particular tractor model, some not so much. You're the only one looking at it, everyone else is just guessing at what you actually have. It might help some if we were all on the same page terminology wise. Reading previous posts I see mention of valves going here and there, (which I assume are actually lines or hoses) a pump supplying a filter, four loader valves, etc. I, for one, can't make much sense of most of that.

I think you need to start at the pump. Yes, it's actually two pumps, we all know that now. One supplies the hydraulics you have problems with, the other supplies transmission and steering. Let's get beyond that. Follow the line from the main pump section and see where it goes. Usually the loader valve will be first in line for oil flow, but not always. Can you confirm if that's the case or not? The loader valve should have three lines connecting it to the tractor. One pump pressure, one power beyond (leading back into the tractor remotes and three point lift) and a third one for open sump return. That's what most of us expect so our comments reflect that. Maybe you have that maybe not. Are you familiar with the term power beyond, and how it applies in a system like this?

I don't want to waste any ones time but this is the "nozzle" that has a connection to the case of the lift arm and another connection to the hoses I replaced. It is 7 feet long and goes to a connector on the joy stick.
I got the hydraulic system from Branson schematic and it clearly shows that the high pressure line ends up at the Lift arm case and back to the joy stick.
