No handles to pull for four wheel drive, no levers for ranges shifts, no having to nudge the pedal to get it into a different range and CVT transmission that is more fuel efficient to boot. The cab was the best in my opinion over Kabota, JD and MF, mind you the MF Cab was pretty good. They all were nice to drive but I got a excellent deal with the New Holland.
I too wanted to buy a New Holland when I started out. I get a supposed "employee discount". I felt the MF was much higher quality in my own comparison. I also couldn't get past the 3045 being discontinued and NH's relationship with the manufacturer going down the tubes. I felt a screwing on parts coming.

Agco does not own case. Fiat does.
