Make sure the pump drive belt is adjusted properly. Was a pump calibration done when the drive motors were replaced? There was a big problem with early drive motors failing and contaminating hyd systems.

My 5600 has suddenly begun throwing codes 50-54 and 50-59. By shutting off the engine I can resume work, and am looking for a faulty connection. Is the swashplate sensor serviceable?

50-54 code is diff lock error on. Check wiring harness for rubbs or damage. 50-59 is front speed sensor missing pulses. possible bad sensor.Remove and inspect. Is you rear window broken or missing? Drive controller is mounted below rear window. I've seen water take that controller out or fail the connectors.

The window is intact, but we do have some wet snow right now. I'll check what you said, thanks!

this is a 2012 model btw.
I've been cleaning up all the grounds and plugs I can find, and nothing seems out of whack...

Does anyone know why the high flow Toolcat cannot accept the 80" high flow brush cat?
Literature says only 72" brush cat.
Weights are similar. Pump flow requirement is the same.

I would go with size in general, since the boom is so narrow on the TC, it is prone to twist more than the standard skid loaders. Here's your sign Bobcat, change the boom.

My model doesn't have diff lock, and the only sensor I find on the front is the one going into the top of the transaxle motor, checked wires, next call is for service. Why would the operators manual have different codes than those you specified? (Swash plate not in neutral and swash plate position uncommanded?)

Don't know why. If you don't put too much down force (uneven ground) on the side, it should be alright.

We use a 84" brush hog on ours, it handles the 1800 pound mower better than I thought it would.

Can you post the SN# for the unit. I can be more specific with codes. Remember even if you 5600 is not equipped with diff lock the wiring is still there.
