Richard does that video comparing JD to other tractors hve a name or a number? When I called that 800 number a cupple weeks ago, they said they never heard of it. All they had was a video that comes with a new tractor that shows how to put the attachments on and off.

Richard, no offense taken, and I understand where you're coming from on the ones coming in/or calling in for a prescription of the latest and greatest new drug. While I have a good idea (most of the time) what my malady is, for the most part, my wife plays he.. trying to get me to see the Doc. Usually a few days to a week or so resolves whatever ailment it is. The Lymphoma was a complete surprise, but then with the family history, it wasn't a shocker. The mantle cell lymphoma has a little less of a survival rate, but then it STILL has a survival rate! I am not worried, as I let the feller upstairs take care of that part, and I'm keeping my nose to business on this end taking care of my part!
I have been guilty of the call-in 'thing' but it was for an existing longterm problem i.e. back/neck problems, and not wishing to drive 26 miles!
Don't feel bad about the lymphoma thing, life happens. As I said, I feel comfortable with the situation, and the future resolution.

Well they are supposed to is all I know. I read it in the March issue of Today's Howeowner. I will try and find the ad again on monday if it's still in the waiting room. Magazines have a habit of disappearing. Look in the thread in John Deere Owning under John Deere video. I think I said in there exactly what the ad said.

Oh and since we are butchering this topic so well I will add this::: As part of the training I just got finished with for my new job, it was required that we got sprayed in the face with Capstun. Sure does make you humble quick. I've got a new respect for hot peppers./w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

Gordon, Yup, like the new job, and the people too! Got things organized and put away, but ain't gotten to the garage yet. I've only worked 3 days out of the last three weeks, and it appears that I will be on disability for awhile. The Doc pulled my public access pass, and has limited me to home and the hospital. Bummer. ( I guess that's ok, as I got too tired going to the store anyway.
Unless I can come up with the perfect little Cub (early fifties type) I have put off tractor hunting until this is over, don't have the energy at this time. You never know though, the little Kubota L175 I found sitting in grass almost as high as the rear tires, and it had some bushes growing up through the Loader frame and the engine cowling! Charged the battery, aired a tire, replace a broken hydraulic line, and it cranked right up! Sure liked that little puddle jumper.
Leave that pepper spray alone! Stuff is nasty.

Thought you might find this article interesting. I don't know if any work has been done on acclimating humans to pepper spray, but there are departments preparing their dogs.
