Ebay classified (free ads) which is the same as FiJiJi.
Craiglist is another (freee) local source.

Found my 135 on Craigslist I beat out a guy with cash, with a Paypal payment deposit. Technology you got to love or hate it.

Check out the Kubota BX25, comes with FEL and BH standard. I thought the BH maybe was a luxery till I had it, used it, now the most used attachment. I have 21 Ac; forest, meadow, house and lawns, long driveway, christmas tree farm, forest products business, and huge garden plot. I put 400 hrs on mine the first year with tiller, rake, brush hog, disc, box blade that all hook up with a quick hitch. It is a working fool. Have dug out 10" alder tree stumps with the BH. Slow but it works for me and the price is right. Check out their $0 down, $0 interest, 5 year contract if cash is a problem. I have $25K in the above suite of all new equipment. We have a dealer here that sells the basic unit for $16,950.

We'd need more information as to what you intend to do with the tractor; mow, of course, but what are you going to lift with the front end loader? And when you say "small tractor", how small.

When I bought 10 acres, I bought a Kubota B7100; great little tractor, but I soon realized that a little bigger would be a lot better.
