Introduction

Hi guys.
Just introducing myself and getting that first question out there.
I own a 1966 MF 150 with the Perkins diesel, which I just acquired and know nothing about, really, except it needs help. lol
My biggest problem right now is the radiator is shot.
Cheapest I can find for new is $500. for the MF 150. Can't find a used one.
Does anyone know what other models would interchange with maybe a little modifying?
MF 135's are half the price, as well as a few others.

Welcome to the forum. Could you bring it to a rad shop and have them fix it.

Welcome to TBN, I will possibly buying a MF 135.

Would a rad off a 165 work. They would be easy to find like the 135 I think.

I have no clue if the 165 would work or not. This is only my second tractor, the first being a Yanmar. No comparison.
If Murphy buys the 135, he could let me borrow his radiator to see if it fits lol

The 165's bottom outlet isn't turned like a 150 is, but that's just a matter of making the hose work.
Not sure about dimensions or mounting points.
If I have to, I'll bite the bullet and buy one for $500, but it will be under protest, as well as kicking and screaming. lol
