iPhone IOS 11.2.1

Ever since my IOS 11.2.1 update I have not been able to access Tractorbynet from my phone. Whenever I try a pop-up comes up and tells me "tractorbynet" needs to be updated. The developer of this app needs to update it to work with IOS 11.
Has anyone else ru into this problem? When can we expect the update? Thanks all, Ken.
