Mom always made stuffed beef heart when we slaughtered . . . damn it was good.Actually fried beef/pork heart is pretty good. Mom used to fry it and make gravy.
I've never thought of Chilis food as being spicy. Maybe I didn't get the right item.I’m not too fond of overly spicy food, but I do love exploring flavorful menus like the Chili’s Menu with Prices and Pictures . From juicy burgers to sizzling fajitas, Chili’s coupons provide great deals and, great value, and something for everyone.
Spam isn't spicy either. I forgot to post that I reported the previous post as spam. That new "member" has posted two similar posts on this forum (that I'm aware of) so far. Pretty much just commercials.I've never thought of Chilis food as being spicy. Maybe I didn't get the right item.
Brussel sprouts are gross boiled, but great roasted with bacon pieces, tossed in olive oil and drizzled with a little maple syrup. And no smell like boiled cabbage. What about brousell sprouts ? I love cabbage . . . I can't stand brousell sprouts ... I still hate eggs much more.
I like them pickled.Beets, I hate the smell, the taste even more. As a kid I was forced to eat them once and promptly threw up my entire meal on my dinner plate. They never made me eat beets again.
I'll have to give them a try like that.Brussel sprouts are gross boiled, but great roasted with bacon pieces, tossed in olive oil and drizzled with a little maple syrup. And no smell like boiled cabbage.
Roast at 375 degrees until soft enough to stick a fork in. Also I slice them in half.I'll have to give them a try like that.
Thank you for the info . . . wife said that she thought I hated them so bad that I wouldn't like them anyway she would make them, we will see . . .Roast at 375 degrees until soft enough to stick a fork in. Also I slice them in half.
My recipe is just a copy of how various steakhouse restaurants are serving them. They have suddenly become popular roasted like that and it seems like all steakhouses serve them now.Thank you for the info . . . wife said that she thought I hated them so bad that I wouldn't like them anyway she would make them, we will see . . .![]()
