Same here. Can't stand it since i was a child.
I also can stand spinach, even it is very healthy according to this article https://betterme.world/articles/whаt-foods-help-you-get-thick/ and could help me to get thicker. I would say that i am a picky eater, but if i don't like something from the first look, there is very little chance that i will eat it ever.

Actually fried beef/pork heart is pretty good. Mom used to fry it and make gravy.

Here's one that may surprise a few of you. I don't eat chocolate cake or ice cream because I don't like it. I'm guessing it was grade two or three, when the school visited the dairy and everyone was offered a chocolate milk, I asked if I could have white. I do enjoy most other chocolate things.

What about brousell sprouts ? I love cabbage . . . I can't stand brousell sprouts ... I still hate eggs much more.

Brussel sprouts are gross boiled, but great roasted with bacon pieces, tossed in olive oil and drizzled with a little maple syrup. And no smell like boiled cabbage.

Beets, I hate the smell, the taste even more. As a kid I was forced to eat them once and promptly threw up my entire meal on my dinner plate. They never made me eat beets again.

Roast at 375 degrees until soft enough to stick a fork in. Also I slice them in half.

I took my wife to a French restaurant for our anniversary. The food was bad and the chef was “shocked” we didn’t like it. I think we were the first people not ashamed to tell him it sucked despite the price. lol.

My recipe is just a copy of how various steakhouse restaurants are serving them. They have suddenly become popular roasted like that and it seems like all steakhouses serve them now.
