You tractors oil leak is a common problem. The leak is at the load/depth control shaft. One needs to drain the hyd oil,then remove both 3 pt hitch draft arms,place L/D selector lever under seat into "D" then slide shaft out either side,inspect shaft for wear,R&R seals,lube shaft then reinstall it,install 3 pt arms & shim out any side to side to side motion of the shaft. Install hyd oil.
Seal part # is T22098 & o-ring part # is A4730R

Hello, Jim, Happy NewYear!

I read your last post, I understood it, but I would like to ask something.... First - why is it a connection between the simple shaft and the L/D selelector level... What is the relationship between... Secondly - could You explain me the L/D selector importance and how does it work.... I know it has to be selected - but what is its function...

One side of teh shaft is moving/sliding a litle bit... the other side is not moving - how is this possible - may be is it broken?

L=load
D=depth

When lever under seat is set in D the tractor operator controls depth with 3 pt control lever,when lever under seat is set in L the mechanism inside tractor controls the depth or load to a degree by flexing(bending) the round shaft which moves cam follower in 3 pt control linkage which raises or lowers 3 pt & plow. L/D setting is less sensitive than L

If 1 end of L/D shaft moves but not the other end of the shaft it must be broken. I've never witnessed a L/D shaft that has been broken.

Soon is spring, and as we have a good weather. I would like to fix the hyd oil leak problems, to buy the pieces and I would to ask you : the Seal part # is T22098 & o-ring part # is A4730R is enough for the repairs or I need more other pieces / O/rings or any other?

And, as there are two sides, I suppose I need a pair of each pieces....Am I right?

Yes you need a pair of seals. Inspect shaft for wear. Place L/D under seat in D before removing shaft.

Hello, Jim.

I started to fix the oil leakage problem... as you can see on the attached photos. I bought original pieces, O-rings and teflon washers, but I would like to ask something..

1. I desassambled everything, but there is a piece - which is marked with red arrow on the photos - is like a ring, bushing T22097 or something... If I dont take that out, I cant change the seal components... How can I remove this piece? On the diagram you sent me / I thing this could be piece nr. 19... am I right?

2. I have now one pair of O/rings A4730R and a pair of teflon washers T22098. But the O/rings have bigger diameters than the teflon washers and the shaft diameter? Is this normal, it has to be like this?

From viewing your photo's shaft appears to have sufficient wear to need replacing. Yes o-ring fits inside groove in bushing then insert Teflon washer inside of o-ring. One needs to utilize a pick similar to dental pick to remove old seals. Bushing with red arrow aimed at it is T22097

Thanks, Jim for your advice. I already ordered the new load shaft (L26932, T26598). So I dont have to take out at all the T22097 bushing, I only have to pull out the old - wear shaft, remove old seals, put it back to its place the new shaft... and that should be ready...
