The TF is cheaper than the Red Armor by a few bucks.

Non e-gas is tough here and very expensive too.

Dont know who Trufuel used.

SEF used VPracing.

None to be had around here. Just Red Armor and Trufuel. I prefer not to order online actually.

I have heard bad things about trufuel.

I like the alkylate fuel, which is Aspen fuel or Motomix. This dosen't dry out rubber bits and it dosen't take out the fuel pump diaphragm. I know it's expensive, but it's worth it.

Sometimes you just get lucky.
Bought from guy that bought it new. 2004 OE 353. No cleaning or messing with carb. 21F popped 2nd pull and off choke started 3rd.

After 45 years of cutting firewood and going through 5 chainsaws I am cutting back and purchased an ECO electric battery chainsaw. Having advanced in years I didn't like having to start the saw every time I set it down for more than a few minutes. I don't cut nearly as much firewood as I use to and the ECO is easy to use with instant start. It is no lighter than my old Husqvarna but runs as long as I need it with 2 batteries and seems to have the same power as the gas saw. Change of battery is faster than filling the gas tank and never any starting problems. Each battery lasts about an hour or so depending on what is being cut and charges in 1-1.5 hrs. At my stage in life it is just about right. Only have had it for one season so don't know about longevity.

I never leave my saws or trimmers with fuel in them anyway. I run them dry when not being used. Always have. My 028 WB as well as my 090 and 075 which are all over 45 years old are just fine.
