nearly 10 trouble free miles so far,7990 to go.

Don't let anyone bother you..I'm hoping for the best. I think you'll be pleased.

Sometimes you gotta take a chance, if not how would anyone know if something is a good product or not...You're our guy for that.

Well, 20 miles now, only problem was R light came back on, wouldn't go off. Took to dealer,Bluechip, (Artrac in Clarksville,Ar. ) promptly fixed. Just a loose relay connection. Otherwise runs perfect. Granted, not really broken in, but so far so good.

I'm not going to comment about the quality of these Chinese "clones". That is something only time will tell. I do know there is much misinformation in this thread in regard to the "real' Rhino. Rhino's are assembled in Newnan Georgia.

Yamaha Motor Manufacturing Corporation

Some posters have claimed that "most" of the parts are made in China. False. I have yet to find one part stamped made in China. Plenty are labeled Made in USA. Even the radiator and oil cooler say T Rad, Made in USA.

Yamaha won the lawsuits, and they are not having financial difficulties.
Yamaha has over 4000 dealers and service locations in the USA. I know they will be there for service in ten years. Will Wong Dong be here in ten years? Don't know. But i certainly wouldn't risk my hard earned dollars buying a Pep Boys UTV.

Resale. Yamaha Rhino Good. Who is going to pay anything for a used Wong Dong?

I hope you all have very good luck with these "knockoffs".

Here here! Well said!

I've spent a lot of time in clone (Hisun) and Yamaha chat rooms last couple of weeks . They pretty much sound the same regarding problems. Some with clone use Yamaha parts, some with Yamaha talk about getting clone parts cause they are cheaper. I AM NOT SAYING ALL PARTS ARE INTERCHANGABLE. Anyway, they both have problems. I have 2 Yamaha quads that have had only oil changes since 2002. I will be picking up an 06 Rhino Monday that cost me as much as a new Hisun clone. Yamaha dealer (***'s) hour away, Hisun dealer 2 hours away. Hope I am not making a mistake.

FarmTracRay, pm sent. Update, so far still good, not many hours yet. Wife uses it around the yard/pasture/garden quite a bit. Def more handy than atv. Need a folding windshield in this heat. Only issue has been the R light indicator(loose relay). Changed all fluids early on.(antifreeze killed my grass). Hopefully use more towards/during duck season. Although if we dont get some rain, there wont be any reason to maintain levees.
