Snowshoe builders come and go like the weather. That is a pretty standard design of a shoe but I've not heard of that manufacture before. Sorry

Well - I guess that shows my age. Just because it was the beginning of the '60's. I always thought I needed a Thiokol but I was not an oil company. Could not afford the purchase price nor maintenance costs. Riding in one was better than any ride at the circus - driving one made you feel like Rommel, coming over the sand dunes at Tobruk.

OK, I'll try posting a few more. The 1st photo is our local fishermen. This past winter, we attended an old cat gathering which many of these photos, with kids and old snowcats were taken. In the camp fire photo, I'm the guy roasting a brats with a blue cap. Our dogs got have there own blog.

Soooo....... all the folks in their snow cats stopped to try the ski jump??? I MIGHT be OK at that height but you will never get my fingers pried off the hand rails.

In that picture of the two vintage snow cats, the red one, I had a Matchbox toy identical to that years ago. I forgot about it until I saw the pic.

If it had 4 tracks, that would be a tucker which are built in Medford OR. Here is more photos taken that same day. My spouse and dogs, rode out in a fellows tucker. Dogs and kids are such a nice mix! The tracked atv is ours. (its actually a 6x6)
