Yesterday my dealer told me that Kioti is 4 weeks out on all parts orders due to the hack job to their computer system. I also told him that other dealers are using Michigan iron to get their parts. I find it really hard to believe that Kioti hasn't been able to get back up and running within 24 hours. Maybe they are converting their entire system over so that does not happen again. I know that we have lost our system at work for one reason or another and were back up and running within a day or two.

Wow, that sucks. My dealer ordered my third remote kit about 2 1/2 weeks ago (after the Kioti corporate computer issue) and got it within a week. He gave every indication that he ordered from North Carolina.

I got to know quite a few of the people in Wendell when I worked for a Kioti dealer. A bunch of good people trying very hard to overcome the deficiencies created way up the food chain. It is quite sad this service interruption has been so lengthy.

Completely agree. It's absolutely inexcusable that they have yet to get their system back up and running yet. 48 hours at most to get a fully functional system in place under any condition. A month is ridiculous.

That is very interesting to hear. Maybe there is no real problem on getting parts or your dealer got it somewhere else. Can you ask him?

They could go back to using paper and get things running.

For some reason my dealer made it sound like transfering parts between dealers wasn't even a thing. I am still trying.

It is Ag. Fair and Snowmobile Grass Drag season up here, and it's clear that my dealer is far more concerned with selling more Equipment than taking care of those who have bought Equipment. I am sure that isn't a rare thing.

P.S. I think it's clear from my posts that I am extremely frustrated with my dealer, but I am intentionally trying to not slander them, or call them out by name. My annoyance hasn't reached that level.

Weekly stock orders may be about 4 weeks out, but if you place a regular ground order, we have been getting them within a week. (They currently have a 2-3 day backlog of daily orders that keeps getting better.) Also, if you place a Rush order, it does ship out the same day. So Kioti is most definitely up and running again (and have been for the last 3 weeks). It's just taking a lot of time to get out from under the huge backlog of orders they had over the outage.

Perrypower, perhaps you could answer this perhaps you cannot. If you cannot, that is perfectly fine.

Is that generally 'any' part within a week? Been waiting a couple weeks for my dealer to get my second rear remote in for 3ish weeks now. They were going to install it prior to delivering my NX 5010 HST, but due to the hack we agreed to deliver with the single rear remote and they would just install it after the second remote came in.

I've inquired a couple times as to when they would expect it to come in, and just been given the 'should come in sometime soon' response. I don't particularly NEED it installed right now, but it's just one of those things where I would rather have it done so it's its all finished up.
