Kubota L 3700 SU

Just bought the L3700. It was only about $500 more than the L3400 without hydro trans. Had the extra hp and hydro trans. which is suppose to be standard with the L3700.

L3700 does not come with the draw bar (cost me an extra $100) and doesn't have the raised lettering on the decals. Paid $17800.00 before taxes.

I see you are in southern Ohio. I just looked at a L3700 and B3300. I'm debating on which to get. I am in the Cincinnati area and my dealer is running some numbers now. What dealer gave you get the ~$18,000?

When comparing L3700 SU(super utility) to L3400 another difference I see is.
According to BOTA'S main web. site they have mounted the pto lever on R-inner side of fender well area.My 2007 L3400DT(direct trans.) has it on floor between your legs. Dont know where it is on HYDRO'S(l2800/3400).

BTW when I run some of my Grand Pa Jethro's"white lightning "mixed with red off-road diesel in my L3400DT,my L3400DT THINKS IT'S A L3700SU.

Hello All.

Just took delivery on a new L3700SU about week ago. For my needs it was either that Kubota or the JD 3038E. They're both good tractors, and I was really leaning towards the JD until I read all the posts in here about the differences between the two, and I'm glad I went with the Kubota in the end.

I wanted to thank you all for the good information you share in this forum. The result was an educated buyer that ended up with a good deal and a great tractor.

Now if you'll excuse me, I've got some grass to mow.

I just bought one today. It was the right price and will do some things my BXs are too small to do.

I paid 21K for the tractor, loader, Woods 60 inch cutter, tooth bar, loaded rears and the Kubota insurance. The insurance for 60 months was $1080. Delivered.

Not a great price, but I've bought all my tractors from this local dealer since 1984 when I bought a B5200 from him. And it is about 3-4K under list considering the add-ons.

My 3700 came with the standard equip r4 tires 60 inch quick deatach bucket 4 wheel drive I dont know what there selling for esle where but this one was 16900.00 out the door

Sounds about right. I added a 60 inch HD Woods brush hog, the Kubota insurance, filled industrial rear tires (the ags are too aggressive for my property) and a tooth bar, worth close to 4K I'd say. I paid 21k.

I'm looking at an L3700 in the Phoenix area and am getting a quote of $22,000! I'd be interested in buying from a dealer out of state and shipping it to phoenix if I can get pricing in the $18,000 range. Can you please tell me the dealer with whom you purchased your L3700?

As someone else said, if I didn't have a decent dealer literally 10 minutes away, I would go to Barlow Tractor.
