Sorry, here is the build sheet.

You are rockin! I kind of wish I would have gone with the standard loader bucket. For me the jury is still out on the 4in 1. I got along just fine with a regular loader bucket on my L3400 for 10 yrs. Perhaps I need to work with it more. I found the clam tends to open up, even when I have the 3rd function switch off. The dealer says, "yes they tend to bleed open". And the grapple will do just about everything I want the 4 in 1 to do,except maybe being able to pick up that last little pile of sand.

Thanks guys for the build sheets and actual prices. Back in 2009 I really wanted a M47 size TLB and could not justify the expense and ended up with my 2007 B7610 w/ a Woods BX70 BH. 4 years later I bought my 1995 M4700 because I needed the lift capacity and plan on switching the BH to it as soon as they get in the same state.
At over $50 K I still could not justify buying the TLB.

Newbury, I ended up with TLBs after 40 years of using Ag tractors equipped with add-on loaders and backhoes. That's not an uncommon path to a TLB ownership - particularly with lots of landscaping to do or uneven land. But I've not met many people going the other way. But whether you go TLB or not it's smart to keep a tractor. When younger I didn't care, but I see you are retiring and it is real handy for us older guys to have a dedicated 3pt tractor. Even though some TLBs can drop the BH and replace it with a 3pt kit, doing that is a lot of heavy work. Even on the little Kubota those Cat II 3pt arms just by themselves are seriously heavy .... plus you have to get down in an awkward position to pin them on. Keep yourself a good 3pt machine....

I wonder why they call it a heavy duty "round back bucket"?? They call it exactly the same thing on the M59 and M62 and the back isn't round at all. In fact, the back of the bucket comes to a fairly sharp angle. True, the back edge is slightly rounded right where the flat back of the bucket meets the flat bottom, but it is not at all a "round back" like many loader buckets are.
Having said all that, I have to say that Kubota's heavy duty loader bucket is the best I've used. Whatever they call it, I like it. Great strength and great visibility. And something about it makes it real easy to keep the bottom flat on the ground when loading. I thought about the 4n1.... and would love to try one someday....but their standard loader bucket is a keeper.

Hi so thinking about getting the L47 for $52,900 with all the factory shop manuals, seems like the best price around. Anyone have any experience or thoughts regarding the 4 in 1 bucket? Would like some input before deciding on it, seems like it could come in handy and since I already have a regular bucket on the other tractor what would be the point of 2 regular buckets? Thanks

When I got my L45 (surprise Christmas present from my wife), its MSRP was about 45K, my wife worked the local dealer over for a deal at 37.5K with first service, which was about 18% off MSRP. She got a few other quotes ranging from 39 to 42k. So, some dealers will deal, some not so much. My wife's initial offer was 35K, then they countered at 39, so you can see how they got 37 in the end.

I have both a grapple, forks, regular bucket and 4n1 bucket on b26. The 4n1 is the one I use the most. Great for grabbing 1 one tree that you dug up or when moving dirt rock or anything in a pile like cleaning up burn piles.
