Chuck - I will try to address all your inquiries.
1. Yes 4WD with R4 rubber. Also got 1 remote hydraulic installed.
2. Rebate only applies when financing. I don't like to finance stuff so I'm financing 2K just to get the rebate. Will pay the 2K on first payment. Already inquired with kubota and that is ok w/no penalty.
3. OK on homeowners
4. No delivery for me. Buying out of state to avoid tax. If they deliver I must pay state sales tax of additional $1600.
5. Maintenance...I have always been the only one to touch all of my mechanical devices. I do all of that myself.
6. Good idea on the shop manual
7. I bought a land pride 66" boxblade a few years ago. Probably a tad small for this tractor but I will make it work.
8. I have a 25 HP Grasshopper front mount z mower w/a 61" cut. Mower deck is something I'm not interested in.
9. I went with the 513 loader because I had a budget in mind for myself that would've been surpassed by buying the 743. This tractor willl be used for primarily residential use so between that and the budget I figured I could will make do.
10. Probably going to buy a blade for pushing snow. No snow thrower because it is too expensive for the 1 or 2 uses per year.
11. Absolutely will provide pictures.
12. Thank you very much for the information. I've been a reader for several years and I tractorr enthursiast my entire life. I grew up on a red farm and as a teenager I worked on a 3000 acre cash crop farm and got to drive all the big green equipment. Now, I work for a major manufacturer of Agriculture and Construction equipment and really did my homework prior to this purchase. While I grew up running the equipment my company makes...I always liked orange better. I bought a B7800 and had a wonderful experience with it...I hope to have the same luck with my brand new L3130.
