L3430 with cab?

Ok guys, I'm considering my first Kubota and I've found a 2007 L3430 HST 4WD with cab. It has 1200 hours on it and supposedly only used for running a finish mower. Brand new rear Ag tires and front are 80% or better. According to the seller, everything works as it should. In the pics the tractor looks very clean and absolutely perfect but I have not seen it in person. Assuming it is what it appears, what would you expect to pay for this tractor? He also has a loader for it and I would also want it.

Only way to know the approximate worth is research tractor house and others and even then prices vary from one place to the other. I suspect it will be high. I bought a used L5030HSTC with 700 hours, kept it about 18 months or so putting a bit over 700 more hours and got my money back. Good used brand name a really hard to find and bring a premium price.

After a quick look at Tractorhouse, I have no idea what a fair price is? Does it have a SSQA loader, any rear remotes, and was it stored inside or in a field?? If stored inside, i.e., clean and un-faded, and the seller had it serviced as recommended, and with the items mentioned above, maybe $22,000 max? With 1200 hours, it's just nicely broken in.

LATER EDIT: I see one for sale on Craig's List in Riceville, AL, which might be the one, based on the seller's description. If he is selling it around $18,500 (guessing here) with the loader installed, if it's a Kubota loader, then that price would ballpark for sure! That could be a very nice tractor. Photos aren't good enough to know just how clean, or worn, this tractor is. Not beat, that's for sure. Curious why it would need new rears if used just for mowing?

I've deioded to pass on the tractor that I was looking at due to finding an immaculate, garage kept 2004 model L3430 HSTC that is showroom perfect and just 459 hours on it. Comes with LA513 laoder and 5 foot Bush Hog brand cutter. It has been woman owned and she babied this thing.
