I'm not sure where to post this but I'll start here.

I can't seem to ever have enough light when working in my shop. So I was looking at these

4 Ft Integrated T8 LED Tube Light T8-18W12-5-A by Retail Factory Direct for $29.98 in Bulbs - Lighting - Electrical - Hardware : Rural King

They show 1200 lumens per fixture. I have no idea how bright that is, but I can assume not nearly as bright as

Lights of America 4 ft. 40W LED Shoplight 8140SE-WH5SC by Lights Of America for $49.98 in Indoor Lights - Lighting - Electrical - Hardware : Rural King

that show 4500 lumens. Could these actually be almost 4 times brighter?

Could be, looks like the first one is a single bulb at 18 watts, while the 2nd is a double bulb setup at 40 watts, didn't say if that was 40 for the fixture or per bulb. But at least double the watts if not 4x if 8ts per bulb abd not fixture.
