I'm sorry Paul. I don't think i was clear enough.I was talking about using replacement spears only , not the entire setup. I apologize.

I used heavy 3" channel with a gusset welded between the channel iron webs- The forks quich attach to the bucket with a 1" dia rod to several 3/8" plate "hooks"...... See the pictures below.

I like the rod idea.It would be easy to add or remove extra forks for differnt jobs.or even add a removeable grapple.I see a plan beginning to take shape.Thankyou.
