Kubota B4200
I have pretty much finished building my loader. I am surprised how well it ended up working not knowing how well the stock Hydralic pump would work. I am new to this list and will try and post some pictures. Cost about $1,200 Cdn to build the loader. Dave D.

That is one fine lookin' FEL David, I'm settin' here lookin' out the window @ my Kubota B6200 w/Kubota 1930 attacthment on it and about the only difference I can see is the color. I bought mine new w/ the tractor in 1985 and as well as I can remember I paid $1195.00 for it and it has paid for it self 100 times over. I stumbled upon this website about 2 weeks ago and I've learned there are many talented guys and I'm sure ladies that post here. /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif Keep up the good work.

Dave,

Excellent work. That looks like a factory built loader. Did you use CADPlans.com plans or was this a design of your own?

I did not have any particular plans. Just looked at a whole bunch of loaders, including the Kubota BX22 which has a single bucket cylinder. I did not quite position the bucket cylinder correctly and had to weld in some tabs to prevent too much of an angle on the bucket. Some day I will remount the top end of the cylinder so I can dump at max lift. I also worked real hard to keep the belly mower so was unable to go to the rear with the sub frame, instead bracing the vertical supports to the front frame extension.
Thanks for the comments. Dave D.

I was glad to see that you re-inforced the elbow joint of the booms. I see so many people building loaders for the grey markets and they don't put any re-inforcement there. Their's look like they could snap at any moment.

That is a fine looking piece of work. Looks almost the same color as an Allied loader.
