Last Sunday, I broke the threads off of my loader valve's "up" rod end adapter that threads into the spool. I thought it had came unscrewed, as it had before. I took the boot off to find it broken here......... 7-6-14 Loader Valve Spool Adapter Threads.jpg Yesterday morning I used a left handed 1/8th drill bit and spun the threads out.
I picked up a new rod end adapter at Mahindra's parts warehouse this morning. I thought I was going to the old parts place, as the assembly warehouse (I thought) was still on the north side of Houston. I was totally surprised to find a huge building with Mahindra USA on it. There was about 600-700 tractors there. Brenda Bradshaw gave me a 30 minute tour and I am totally impressed of Mahindra's new Houston home. Wish I had my camera with me!

But what really got my attention was the new cab M Force 150. They had 3 of them there. Anybody know anything about this MONSTER BEAST?

Also, I saw the new Mahindra ATV. Anybody know anything about it? My dealer doesn't.

Yup, happened to me just about the same time. No local dealer, so I called an out of state dealer I have gotten filters from. Needed the serial number off the loader....then he guessed that it might be the 'silver' one. $40 plus shipping. I suggested it aught to be the gold one for that money, he took offense and I had to go elsewhere. Shipping and all around $60. I needed the loader, so I drilled and tapped the old one, put in a piece of threaded rod and went back to work. The new part will go on the shelf until needed.

How did you connect the threaded rod to the existing linkage? Any photos?

Where the treaded stud broke off of the piece, I center punched, drilled and tapped the fitting. Effectively replacing the stud that broke off, and just screwed it back into the valve.
