Lubrication additives for Diesel Fuel in older tractor

/ Lubrication additives for Diesel Fuel in older tractor #101
Biodiesel is actually one of the best fuels for the lubrication. I’m not a big fan of additives but the OP asked about it for older diesels. In that case it’s probably a good idea. I remember an article in a diesel truck magazine and they found the Walmart two stroke oil was the best.

Biodiesel is good for lub but I would never want to use
it when the temps drop

What can I add to older (1980’s) Diesel tractor to add lubricity to the fuel.
Have been told that Automobile Transmission Fluid or Two Cycle Oil (used in two cycle engines) can be used but I do not know at what ratio. (How much per gallon of diesel fuel?) Other substitutes?
I think you'll find this HFRR study interesting: https://www.dieselplace.com/threads/lubricity-additive-study-results.177728/

FWIW, you cannot buy diesel fuel without at least B2/ 2% biodiesel. If anyone tries to tell you different, ask what substitute lubricity additive is added to the diesel fuel.
