3-Point Hitch Massey 1150 3PT Hitch Problem

I have been restoring this tractor for the past couple of years.
After replacing the engine and getting the tractor running,
flushing the hydraulic system and replacing both filters, the 3pt
hitch wouldn"t work - no pressure. The quadrant control was
seized so I took out the whole assembly and freed it all up. I
re-installed it but the 3pt still won"t work. My power steering,
PTO, multi-power and my spools all work correctly. I am
getting about 2000 PSI at my spools. Where should I start
looking for the problem?

Priority valve sends oil to steering and brakes first, then to three point and auxilary valves. Since everything but three point works I would look at all three point control valve linkage and spool, also check spool ocillator control. Should be able to look through cover plate at front of lift cover just under seat panel. 1150 I had would not work after sitting awhile, would work after driving on the road and hitting a few bumps and kept working if it was used weekly, would act up if it set a month or more.
