MF 135 Hydraulic Problem

Many years ago (1960s) I was familiar with MF 35 and 135 tractors in the UK. At the moment I am in South Africa staying at a friends vineyard. He has a MF135 and the 3pt lift arms have stopped working. The suggestion is that the hydraulic oil filter may be blocked and I would like advise on how the remove and clean both the filter and the housing. Regards Norman
