Can some kind owner with an older MF, ideally a 35 (but a 100 series would probably do), with a front loader on, please let me have some details of the hydraulic hose routing from the diverter valve to the loader cylinders?
Its the last part of my rebuild, and I cannot see how to route these hoses nicely, especially on the RHS past the exhaust pipe.
A few photos would be ideal of course :)

Many thanks in advance,
Jim

Hi Jim

Did you ever receive a response or successfully fit the hoses? I have just sourced a front loader for my MF35 and am in a similar position to you. It would be fantastic if you could help.

Kind regards
Dave

Hi Dave,
I didn't get any replies, but I have fitted the loader and hydraulics to my satisfaction and all is working well.
If you tell me exactly what your looking at, I'll take some pictures for you.

Hi Jim & Dave

I've got the same problem...

Is there any chance of some photos of the the routing of the pipes from the spool valves and the location and attachment for the ends where they connect to the loader pipes

Thanks
Caroline

Hi Caroline.
I have successfully fitted the hoses now and all works well.
I don't know if I have the pics with me - working away - but I will either post them soon or when I'm back.

Do this to figure out the FEL valve hose arrangment.

Remove work port hoses from the FEL valve.

Push lever fwd momentary. Fluid should come out one of the ports. That hose goes to the rod end of the lift cyl.

Pull lever back. That port fluid should go to the lift cyl base end.

Push lever left. That port will go to the bucket rod end.

Push lever right. That port goes to the bucket cyl base end.

Did you mean diverter valve or FEL valve?

Sorry, but I cant find the pictures here but I can describe to you what I did if that will suffice. Its not very complex after all.

If you're not in too much of a hurry I can get the pictures and make some measurements for you next time I'm back home, but that wont be till beginning of October.
Let me know,
Jim
