Those wall panels sure take a lot of persuasion to get them into correct position. I'd think something could be done to make them less snug around the splines so they can be positioned without so much hammering, which seems to take up so much of your time. Isn't the sealant and nails that you use to join them at the spline enough to provide a good seal and solid joint? If the splines were just a 1/16th narrower?

The OSB splines are relatively easy. The dimensional splines are the ones that really fight you. I have started trimming those, because they are ridiculously tight. Doesn’t take much to make a huge difference.
