I got around to installing the bed-liner on my tractor today. It turned out great. Way better protection than the thin paint in the floor and better grip for your feet. After reading all of the reviews on the bed-liner brands I went with Herculiner. It took about half a quart to do the floor. Haven't gotten my grapple yet still waiting on them to come in at the dealer. They have a Construction Attachments and a W.R. Long ordered. They are gonna pick up the tractor when they come in and install the 3rd function valve and said I could try both of them and pick the one I liked best.:confused2: Here's some pictures of the bed-liner installed. When you click on the 1st picture click the back arrow. For some season it loaded them backwards. Larry

That Looks great! . Yes it is nice isn't it?. You will really appreciate it in snowy or muddy conditions where you have to get on and off a lot.

Nice job on the bedliner. Want to take a trip North and do mine? I didn't do this, thought about and thought about it, and the paint is scraped up after only 55hrs. I'll take a closer look how you did and likely will copy as best I can.

Hey Kyle241, would like to go north but Ontario is a little too far. It's really not that hard to do just scuff up the paint with some 100 grit sand paper clean good and tape everything off good. Don't forget to cover the frame and the filter under the floor. I pushed paper under the floor everywhere I could also. I put 2 coats on per the instructions be sure and remove the tape soon after the second coat If you get it on something you don't want I cleaned it off with lacquer thinner before it dried. The only thing I removed was the HST foot peddle and the stop bolts(measure height before removing). Last but not least MAKE SURE YOU WEAR GLOVES AT ALL TIMES this stuff does not come off your skin( ask me how I know:confused2:)

I've used the spray on bed liner stuff for steps. It works but I think the roll on stuff in the can is better but for small jobs it's much cheaper.

Maybe I missed it in the thread, but how many cans of non-skid/bedliner did you use to do this?

While I cannot give you an exact amount. When I did my L3400HST, it was as I remember a little over a pint, but less than a quart for 2 coats. I bought a Gallon can as it was not a whole lot more than a Quart can, and I though I could use it for other things. I have used it to coat old pliers handles, and it works great for that.. About 3 or 4 coats. and it is really rough and gives a great grip.

I used about half a quart of Herculiner. I brushed it on per instructions on can 2 coats. Larry

I have had my eye on the CA design for a while. I'm hoping to get one by the autumn. Please post your impressions of it when it arrives. I'd love to know how you like it. Thanks!

Crazyangel, I went with the Construction Attachments Grapple. My dealer still hadn't gotten the WR Long. The CA works great. I have pushed over and removed some good sized Oaks and Pines with it. I've found It works Real well for breaking off low hanging pine limbs also. We just got back from vacation in NC and while up there I went over to CA's factory. Let me say I was really impressed with their facility and the people. I got a tour of the plant and it is 1st class. They make everything there from cutting the raw steel to welding to assembly. All American Made! I don't think you can go wrong with a CA grapple or anything else they make! Larry

Thats great to hear! Thanks for following up. I am hoping to get my grapple in September. So I'll have to post my experience as well. Happy tractoring!
