I have a Woods BH-90X with manual thumb and have been thinking about get the hydraulic option kit. Nice unit. I got mine with the tractor so it came installed and everything.
What hoses are you talking about needing?
Your pictures show that you have hoses on the BH-90X.
Are you only talking about the ones that go from the tractor PB to the BH-90X or do you have other hoses that were not supplied as well?

I'm just talking about the hoses that go from the tractor's PB and the return line. The ones on the hoe are just capped off so I need to get the hoses made for the hoe side too (the IN and OUT). My issue is since the there is a hydraulic thumb it has an additional valve added onto it, which is already installed. I'm pretty sure I know where the OUT on this valve is located but the instructions aren't 100% clear. I only want to make the hoses once and not damage anything. I want the hoses long enough but not too long as well so if I could install the hoe then trailer the tractor and hoe to the hydraulic shop, I could have them all made up without any issues at all. We will see...

I would think the backhoe is expecting to get hydraulics from the FEL's PB port and that it is discharging to Tank (two hoses). I would consider coming into the thumb's spool and going out of it's PB port to the In of your Hoe spools. Then you would need to connect the Tank port of your thumb spool to the discharge of the hoe (Tank). You could also feed the hoe spools first but you would need to locate a PB port, not Tank. I think, but hopefully JJ will pipe in here. He is the guru on this. Did they not send you a piping diagram on how to add the thumb spool? If not maybe you could ask. On my Kubota either the backhoe or the 3pt is the last in line before the tank. Some spools need a special sleeve to convert to having a PB.

Okay, I got the backhoe installed today and everything is working great. The install was actually very simple. My question is, do they all sit low in the rear/not level. I know the hoe is heavy but I would still think it should sit level. Would increasing my rear tire pressure help this out? If so, what pressure is recommended with loaded tires and a 2,000# hoe on the back?

Thanks

NICE!

Make sure there are no utilities before you dig!

Water, Sewer, Tanks, Gas, Elec, Tele, Phone etc et al.
The above is very good advice and well worth repeating - we have multiple 5" or 6" natural gas lines that cross our property, including one which goes to the storage well on our property. They are very high pressure - something on the order of 1500 psi - and they are not buried all that deep.

Hit one of them and you - and possibly your neighbors - are toast.

I don't know whether Dad called when he had the shop put up (40+ years ago), but the building is nearly over top of one of them. When I had the gas company out initially a few years ago to mark the lines the guy couldn't believe it.

FWIW, the Kubota hoe (BH4690B) on my B2910 sits at a slight angle downward off the back of the tractor.

Can you take a picture?

I don't think anyone can beat Rosseel's Woods backhoe pricing, bought a (blue) BH90-X w/ hydraulic thumb from Dan three years ago. Have your connecting hoses built long enough so that when you attach/detach there's enough length when seperated to run the stabilizers and boom/dipper stick for final adjustments. Great tool!

For todays dollar that is quite the machine for 6200. I assume it is three point attach and it did not come with hoses to the power unit ? My Bradco 611 came with hoses and an attachment plate for a skid steer. I built both mounting brackets and the sub frame which was simple enough. It bolts on and takes a little longer to attach / unattach than the quick mounts but for three grand plus shipping and no sub frame available it was an easy decision. I am not sure what the purpose of the arched boom is........ looks or stronger main section. Maybe they can get by with thinner metal and achieve the same stress load. At any rate Woods builds quality..... good choice.

I just noticed the next size 1050 Woods does not utilize the arched main structure. Also I could not find the weight of the different series machines for comparisons.
