Yes, thats a man-made hill, or berm as I like to call it. Had a lot of fill brought in to level some low areas, and the berm was where the extra went. I knew it would kill a couple trees, but hey that's more firewood!

Congratulations on the new ride! I wouldn't mind the 2610 but I still LOVE my 2310TLB and probably the only difference that would make me consider trading mine is are the new pedal locations. I don't have a problem with my rocker pedal but I HATE the parking brake pedal location and the contortionist way that you have to set it to park.

BTW, I also hated the square knobs on my backhoe so I fixed that myself:

Yep, that brake pedal was a PITA- but no more!
I saw the custom job you did on the backhoe controls-very nice!

-There is now another nut/bolt combo under the take down pin for the foldable ROPS, it seems to put tension on the takedown pin. Whether this is another safety feature or just designed to eliminate the rattle that plagued my 2310 I don't know, but I like it!

I know this is an older post, but I'm hoping someone can help me with the annoying rattle that I have on my 2310. Can you send pictures of the change that was made to the new models?

I put extra rubber O-rings on the rear bolts (where the ROPS swivels) and have made sure that the front bolt puts tension on the front pins - but the rattle is still *very* annoying - to the point where I have seriously considered just taking off the top part of the ROPS.

Any other suggestions?

Fold the ROPS forward and place a shop rag in it and replace the pins
rattle is gone .............

At risk of sounding even more dense , is the rag stuffed inside of the ROPS as a damper, or placed between the two parts as an insulator?

Interesting how what seems like such a simple thing can be so annoying to hear and challenging to fix.

My ROPS has a piece of rubber molding that goes between where two halves of the ROPS meet. The first time I put mine down one fell off. I did not realize this and then went crazy trying to figure out why it rattled then.

Interesting. Mine has never had such an insulator, but the AGCO online parts book shows that there should be one on each side.

I'll give my dealer a call and get a couple.

The shop rag tip was a good one, too, but I like the rubber option better since this will get used in snow and rain (and maybe even washed on occasion ).
