I do not have an 470 since it is an SUV and unless you have a hybrid that is the normal MPG for it, nothing new here.
Also yes the bills you posted look high but $1,100 for a pump? I had my timing belt, water pump and tentioners change for less then $500 out the door at my local ripoff Lexus dealer.
I need a truck but why bother when I can borrow my father ford “exploder” or my friends Powerchoke 6.0. Let him to the gallons of ATF etc.
Lastly that is why I stated in my original post unless you have a need for it, I would not buy diesel. You need to weight out all areas. So far I know the upkeep I had to do and it was more then my gas engine.
PS: poor decision???? Hmm, you have no idea on what I made when I traded it in for. I got 18K with 80K miles on it and paid 23 for my car. Had 5K in cash and walked out the door. Poor decision. I only paid 26 for it when new. How do you figure /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif
