Thanks coldsteeqlva. Gotta admit - the last new vehicle I bought - 2006 Jeep TJ - had a radio, period. This Taco Wagon is way on the opposite side of that. I DO have the FCA database document - all eight pages. I will use it as a checklist.

Yea, Doofy. I'm kind of holed up in the house also. It's just cold enough 24 and with a light breeze to a make it uncomfortable. See how a guy with 18+ years in AK can loose that taste for the cold wx. Brother, that's me. I had trouble with my left shoulder, again, for about 3 weeks. Some type of arthritis. Just feeling better now - cold sure can get to it though. The next bout with this shoulder - they want to ultra sonics or something like that. The Dr's have assured me - JD WILL NOT dissolve the deposits - darn.

So I guess if you had my wx - you would be out in a T-shirt & shorts. I've honestly tried to forget how cold it got in Glennallen. I can't.

Ford850 - that's what I'm hoping. It will one of the first "functions" I want to learn how to operate. I've had troubles with my left shoulder ever since my football days in high school. Turning out for college FB didn't help either.

Playing football, it would get a partial dislocation. Go over to the grandstands - grab the railing - lean forward - lunge back with all your force. It would usually pop back in place.

God - I was ignorant in those days.

I learned to remove my heavy coat if I am going to use the heated seat, otherwise the coat insulated me from the heat.

oosik, Heat wave today! +6 Our low thus far for the winter has only been -31 but dang, it was cold! Humidity has been in the high 90% all winter which is very unusual. Brrrrr! Those heated seats do sound good.

I hope it's more helpful than mine was, as it listed every standard option as well as packages, options or add-ons. Many of them are replaced by uplevel items.

at least the ones in the 1500 only get your lower back.

Was this truck ordered specifically equipped or did it just happen to be built in this time period?

The truck was shown as part of their inventory. I don't have the knowledge to have ordered it this loaded. Unfortunately, their inventory includes vehicles that are
"in transit". But the word now is - any day. It's kind of like waiting for a tractor delivery. The corporate tech said - definitely within the next seven to ten days.

Hey - the last new vehicle I ordered - 2006 Jeep TJ - had three options. Two different types of radio, hard top/soft top, color.

I suspect that even Oosik would lose patience long before it reaches that point. After delivery though, while some of us compliment him and others just naturally have to pick it apart...

After assembly, they are sometimes hauled by truck, then by rail. Then loaded to another truck, and possibly transferred to others as it makes its way to your dealer. When I ordered my F150, somewhere in that "long" transit (mine was built one state away) the tracking went dark. The last location was only an hour or so away from me and then poof, no more tracking. For over a week. My dealer said all transits used to be done by large companies, but now they allow small private guys to haul. His words - "Seems like any Billy Bob with a F'ing truck and trailer these days". He hated it and said it happens frequently. It's when it gets to those guys that they lose tracking and sometimes they are floating around for weeks.
