I don't believe that the dealership is to blame for the higher priced implements, instead it's due to 'Kubota Australia' having a deal with certain implement manufacturers to supply those implements to Kubota's specifications and quality. They're not alone...
As you've noticed, my tractor is a John Deere. When I bought, it was with a FEL (JD 300CX) and a JD tiller... everything else were from other JD Aus 'authorised' companies; the 4in1 bucket, combination fork/bale-spikes and slasher were from a mob in QLD called "Fieldquip" and the chain-harrow was from "Silvan". All are high quality pieces of kit.
Individually, those implements 'listed price' are less than what I paid for them on the Fieldquip & Silvan websites. But those prices didn't include shipping them to the particular dealership and then the dealership delivering to me. (Yes, shipping to Tassie is very expensive). However, I have gone the 'I can do better than that' route and, later on, bought a Fieldquip fertiliser spreader = 6 months to deliver (it wasn't being included in a 'regular' delivery) and, ultimately just as expensive as what the dealership had it listed for.
I've needed to purchase a couple of other implements over the years... the thing about implements is that they're heavy and generally don't come in a standard 'shipping' shape or dimension(s) = extra costs as they take up just a bit more room on the truck, which means that they can't fit something else on so you get charged for the unused space. I also had to have them delivered to a depot as, direct to my door, would have cost as much as the implement itself!
Short story is that it is less expensive to go through your dealership. They want to keep you as a long term customer.
