I also know if someone offered me a 45 hp used tractor for 1,000 dollars I'd buy it ONLY to sell it because I'd not be able to use it at all on my 2.75 acres due to slopes and purposes. Maybe your land accomodates a big tractor . . but the OP's land description doesn't appear to. And certainly his level of experience doesn't support the risks of buying used.
I'm not trying to talk the OP into a larger tractor. I am encouraging him to think about if he should get a large tractor or not. Smaller tractors are often the wiser choice. I am also encouraging the OP to make better financial choices with his potential tractor purchase and perhaps look at risk a little differently. When you buy used there is the risk that something could go wrong. When you buy new there is the guarantee that something already did (depreciation the day you sign the papers). The exception is machines for businesses where downtime = lost income.
