Ordering Grapple

Folks,
I'm getting ready to order a grapple and would like to ask what specific type of information I should give them off of the tractor to avoid having any problems with fit or hoses. It's a new Kioti DK45 with the quick attach. Should I take pictures etc. ? I'd like to avoid the shimming issues that have come up here recently if possible.

Most people don't have problems with standard QA mounts. There have been a few threads that give the impression that misfitting is common but it really is only a small minority. The Kioti QA mount is narrower than most but the height and pin alignments are pretty much standard.

Order half inch Pioneer fittings rather than flat face.

The 4 in 1 lines are WR Long so does the half inch Pioneer reccomendation still stand true?

In general, CUTs use Pioneer style fittings while skidsteers use flat face fittings. If you have a diverter kit from WRLong I would assume it has Pioneer type fittings or that they ship with just the SAE threaded fittings to allow you to choose which QC fittings to add. Your dealer should know or you could call Nelson at WRLong to hear from the source. Be aware that there are half inch fittings standard on most tractor rear remotes but that 3/8" size fittings are sometimes used for low flow implements like grapples or 4n1 buckets. I have a 4n1 from WRLong that came with 3/8" Pioneer fittings.
