Yeah i got soaked the first time i went out. Then I put a little cheapo ingenuity together and used 2 C-clamps and a piece of 1/4" plywood and maid myself a roof.
I was a real "lamer" during the 6.5+ snow/rain (?) event yesterday as I did not go out and use all my fancyass goretex clothes and plow when things were managible. Instead I waited until this morning after everything froze up and managed to sever in many places my 75' outdoor electrical extension cord with my box blade scarifiers and the cutting edge of my FEL after I "carefully" tried to get the extension cord out from under the frozen stuff . Jay,
Next time maybe plug it into something slightly too big for it and it ought to melt itself out. Might even cause a small fire for some extra excitement...

Thanks for the laugh ! You know everytime I think that I finally know what I am doing I do something that proves otherwise . I am a "stimulus junkie" , but I am not as extreme as I used to be . Jay

We got the freezing rain first, and then the snow. I wear a rain suit and then when I'm done I dry off the tractor and then I sit by the fireplace and have coffee and cookies and look out the window at my handiwork.
