Had a chance to try out the potato digger for the first time. Was getting lazy switching between the mini hoe and bucket as I continue to dig the hole for my new barn. Decided to try the potato digger and see if it could break through the frozen top layer and well as break the hard clay. Well it performed much better than expected handling all that I put it through.
It was a great time saver, as I did not have to leave my seat to switch between the potato digger and large bucket. Won't replace the mini hoe but equals as far as ripping.

I live in seed potato country. We have very cool temps at night so there is no blight problems. Idaho potatoes come from our seed potatoes.
