Now it’s doing the same thing only 5 hrs . I called to tell them no one called me I was mowing grass when I was driving it back to the barn the right front axle came out oil all over the grass now they have to come and get it , there is only 660 hrs and there has been a few more problems I have to see if Can lemon law it

That is quite a list of issues. What model and what are your main uses for the tractor?

Wow,

Ouch is all I can say. Not to make things worse, but there is no "lemon law" for tractors.

Can you find a different dealer, or is that the only one in your area?

I would be tempted to contact corporate TYM and see if that helped.

660 hours, how old is it? Out of power train warranty?

OP, you need to consider breaking down your issues. You say the first time you put it in 4wd you had problems, but later say it has 660 hours. Did you buy it used?

660 hours is about 6 years or so with typical hobby use.

It would also help if you gave a general idea of where in the world you are. People may be able to recommend other dealers or mechanics.

Yes, being more forthcoming with your information would help.

It's pretty "thin", so far.

How big are these round bales? Do you have anything on the 3pt hitch for counter balance?

I have not heard of all this issues on the TYMs.

Sorry the first Time I put the tractor. In 4 wheel drive it had 367 hrs I was mowing by my pond and I thought I would put it in 4 wheel drive because it soft by the pond when I made a right the left front axle came out . So at 660 hrs the same thing happened on the right side and this time it was not on 4 wheel drive I purchased it new it takes me 17 hrs to cut my grass 60 acres with a 6 foot finish mower I live in Florida I do not do any heavy work a little bush hogging and I help my Nabor load hay rolls

Sounds like there were bolts that were not tightened. You have to tighten things up regularly on a tractor. I've used 4wd as needed so far and it works like a champ. My tractor is almost the same, just a TYM (Kukje) engine instead of the Yanmar.

Tightening wheel lug nuts, yes. Axle assemblies shouldn’t require periodic adjustments.

No the the wheel and the axle just came out there are no blots that hold it in that happen the first time I tried to use 4wd when I made a right turn the axle came out I was on soft ground. It had 376 hrs at that time now the right axle came out and it was not in 4wd and the tractor has 676 hrs

Hate to hear of the issues. Would be interesting to understand what failed in the rear axle. Hopefully they get it solved this time.

When loading the hay, filled tires only help keep the rear tires on the ground. If you or your neighbor has hay forks for the 3pt, pick a bale up with the 3pt before loading them with the loader. Having a bale behind you will take a lot of stress off of the front axle.
