Quicke loader question

Hi, I’m wondering what this symbol is, I’ll attach a photo below. It has a toggle switch at the back of the joystick. Thanks. It’s on 2012 MF Q31

That's usually called Soft Ride. Basically, it has an accumulator tied to the lift cylinders and that will allow the loader to move up and down, almost like a suspension. Very usefull when driving on the road and on uneven surfaces. Takes those hard hits on the front axle away when going over a pot hole or bumpy roads.
