Quirky and OCD tendencies..... Anyone else have them?

I suppose so. I'm fighting a mouse battle in the chicken coop right now. Not sure I'm winning but I have probably caught 30 mice over 3 days. Now, how many steps is it to the chicken coop? I will get back to you on that one.

Yes, I do like pumpkin pie, with a bit of whipped cream. Sweet potato pie just makes me cringe. Honestly, I get the willies and shudder when I taste it. You guys know that feeling, I'm sure. blehhhh shake shake shiver! :laughing:

Well, each to his own. I will fess up to maybe something that might be a bit quirky. I literally HATE hot tomato soup, BUT I can drink cold tomato juice, and I like fresh tomatoes, ketchup and red sauce on pasta is great. I think being forced to eat it in school burned me out on it or something. Never did like it, and won't even try it now. Sweet potato pie is darn good however.

I get a whole mince pie all to myself a couple times per year! I used to get 8 pieces from a mince pie, but for some reason, I only get 6 out of one pie now.... :laughing: :licking::licking:

That's odd, my pies usually have 4 pieces. 9"Pie divided by 4= a 2.25" pie slice. You need more Pie, Sir!

Hey, isn't this is the "quirky" thread? Outwitting bears is kinda quirky, right? I never had to fight the bears for blackberries down here in Southwest Missouri, but I have had some serious battles with the chiggers!.:laughing:

Boy did you bring back some memories! When we moved from Oklahoma to Pierce City Missouri, we were amazed at all of the wild black berries free for the picking. After we got settled, we all went out for a day of berry picking. We were eaten alive by the chiggers, and our hair was full of ticks. We should have been in the hospital, but we survived.

You get enough chigger bites and they will make you pretty ill.
