Bummer... the description said it was 120v and has both NTSC and PAL modes.

I think you'd mess with that SET button and then get it to display 0.0 to set it to NTSC.

I finally got another modulator and set it up for channel 28 to go along with my other camera on channel 3. My camera on channel 3 works perfect but the camera on this UHF modulator still has a fuzzy picture as if another channel is interfering with it. I don't have any over the air tv stations close to channel 28. The closest are channels 26 and 32. Could it be that UHF frequencies do not travel as far as VHF ones since I have a 1/4 mile cable from my barn cameras to my house?
When testing the modulator and camera in my shop with a short 8' cable going to the monitor, it worked great. I am frustrated and about to just get me a good guard dog or two.
